    We'll begin your experience by visiting the traditional Jamaica Market, one of Mexico City's most colorful and authentic markets. Here, participants will stroll through the aisles with their guide to discover and select the fresh ingredients they'll use to prepare the traditional Chile en Nogada. In addition to discovering local flavors and aromas, tourists will be able to interact with traditional merchants and learn more about Mexican culinary culture before starting their cooking class.

    After visiting the market, participants will head to the kitchen to begin an authentic Mexican culinary experience. Guided step-by-step by a local host, they will learn the traditional preparation of Chile en Nogada, one of Mexico's most iconic dishes. During the activity, they will prepare the filling with fresh ingredients, make the walnut sauce, and assemble their own chile en nogada, decorating it with pomegranate seeds and parsley. While cooking, they will also learn about the history, origin, and traditions behind this iconic Mexican dish. In addition, they will enjoy a tasting of mezcal and traditional Mexican sopes, creating a complete gastronomic experience full of authentic flavors and local culture.
