Meeting and pickup
Your Quest will begin in front of Winchester Cathedral. The app will guide you through the rest of your adventure. You can start your adventure whenever you choose, although we strongly suggest you begin your Quest so you can complete it during daylight hours.
What to expect
Your puzzle-filled adventure begins near the old castle then winds you through ancient Roman sites, medieval lanes and finally to King Richard III’s final resting place. Along the way you might discover where the oldest travel company began, hear about a controversial murder, walk where dignitaries once promenaded and learn the city’s significance in the modern English language.
As the Quest is self guided you can:
- Start your Quest whenever you want with instant access
- Go as fast as you want and try to top the leaderboard, or go at your own pace, stopping for rest breaks along the way.
