FOR GUESTS STAYING IN A HOTEL:
• Guests staying in the Northern hotel zone or downtown Cozumel: • The meeting point is Wild Tours retail booth just in front of the SSA International Pier, at the Royal Village Shopping Mall.
• Guests staying in the Southern hotel zone of Cozumel: For guests staying in the Southern hotel zone of Cozumel, transfer service does not apply, as Wild Tours is close to these hotels. In this case, the meeting point is Wild Tours location.
For Guests Arriving in Cozumel via Cruise Ship or Ferry:
• Guests arriving at the Puerta Maya: Your meeting point is Royal Village Shopping Center. To get there, exit the pier terminal, walk along the sidewalk on Melgar Avenue for approximately 5 minutes, and cross at the pedestrian yellow-striped zone in front of Royal Village Shopping Center.
• Guests arriving at SSA International Pier: Walk outside the cruise terminal, in front of the pier you will find the Royal Village shopping center. Cross the street by the pedestrian crossing to find the Isla Mia booth at the mall's main entrance, just next to the the Hard Rock Café.
• Guests arriving at Punta Langosta Pier: The meeting point is located inside the cruise terminal, in front of the Duty free store
