1Yogyakarta Region
The journey begins with a pickup from your hotel in Yogyakarta or the Borobudur area followed by a scenic drive to Mount Merbabu.

Mount Merbabu (Pass by)
Upon arrival at Mount Merbabu Hiking Basecamp, take a short break and preparation. After briefing, the hiking begins with the trail gradually climbing about 4 hours through passing lush tropical forest, pine trees, and 3 hiking posts before reaching the campsite at post 4. There you will enjoy the sunset moment, stay overnight in the tent and rest for the following day.

Mount Merbabu (Pass by)
Wake up early at 03:30am and enjoy the hot drinks, then experience a morning hike through the scenic open savanna for about 1,5hours. Reaching the summit that stands at 3,142m you will enjoy the breathtaking sunrise overlooking the surrounding peaks such as Merapi Volcano, Mount Sumbing, Mount Sindoro, Mount Lawu and the smaller mountains surrounding. After exploring the summit, return to the campsite for breakfast and descend to the hiking basecamp with the same route.
