A request is not confirmed and no payment is taken until we accept it.
Once accepted, payment is processed and the official ticket issued. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Date and time changes are possible whenever official availability allows. For same-day changes, contact us no later than 15 minutes after your booked access time.

1Pico do Arieiro
This is a PR1 complete trail access booking service through our operator account, not a guided tour. Travelers receive access to the PR1 route from Pico do Arieiro towards Pico Ruivo/Achada do Teixeira, subject to the official confirmed time slot. No transport, pickup, guide, hiking assistance, or return transfer is included. Travelers must arrange transport to Pico do Arieiro and pickup or return from Achada do Teixeira.
