A private day for your own group only, planned around what you want to see, with a local driver-guide who picks you up at your Salzburg hotel. Up to 6 guests per vehicle.
Build your day from Salzburg's old town and Mozart's birthplace, the Mirabell Gardens, the fortress, the Salzkammergut lakes, Hallstatt or the Eagle's Nest above Berchtesgaden. A day of about 8 hours fits the old town plus one of these trips out: for example Salzburg and Hallstatt, or Salzburg and the Eagle's Nest, but not both.
Tell us your interests when you book and we suggest the best route for the season and the weather. We stop for photos wherever you like and recommend the local places for lunch.

Please note: this tour is built around your wishes, and the stops below are the places you can choose from; no single 8-hour day fits all of them. The old town plus one trip out (for example Hallstatt OR the Eagle's Nest) is a comfortable day; tell us your favourites and we plan the route with you. Salzburg old town: Mozart's birthplace on the Getreidegasse, the Cathedral where Mozart was baptised, Residenzplatz and the old lanes with their wrought-iron shop signs, with a coffee stop where Salzburgers go.
