Mile Zero Monument
Continue to Mile Zero, the symbolic western starting point of the Trans-Canada Highway—one of the longest national highway systems in the world. This famous landmark marks the beginning of a route stretching across Canada from the Pacific Coast to the Atlantic Coast. Nearby stands the inspiring Terry Fox statue, honouring the courageous Canadian athlete and humanitarian who began his legendary Marathon of Hope in 1980 to raise awareness and funds for cancer research. The surrounding waterfront also offers beautiful views across the Strait of Juan de Fuca toward the distant Olympic Mountains, creating an excellent setting for memorable photographs.

Malahat SkyWalk is located on the Malahat Highway, north of Victoria. Follow the elevated treetop walkway to the spiral observation tower for panoramic views of forests, mountains, islands, and Saanich Inlet. Guests may return by the walkway or use the spiral slide, subject to attraction rules and operating conditions
