- All UTV tours will require that a credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) voucher be taken and kept on file until the vehicle is returned in the same condition in which it was rented. Once the vehicle has been returned safely to our shop in the same condition in which it was rented, your voucher will either be returned to you, or destroyed on the spot, whichever you prefer. Please bring your credit card with you to Adventure Tours Costa Rica on the day of your tour. A refundable credit-card hold (Visa/Mastercard) is required at check-in: $1,000 per vehicle for the first 2 vehicles, plus $500 for each additional vehicle (1 vehicle: $1,000; 2: $2,000; 3: $2,500; 4: $3,000). The total can be placed on one card or split across several.

- Trail conditions and rider ability may alter routes; therefore any features described herein may not be available for each tour. Please speak directly with your guide on the day of your tour for an up-to-date description of the expected route, as conditions can change on a daily basis.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
