We pick you up where you are on the Island. If you visit by Cruise ship, we will pick you up at the Cruise terminal. We have a sign with your name on it. We do have a Minivan where we can transport larger groups ask for the possibilities. Or If you have your own car we can take more people. SUV's are with Airco. Do you want to start at a different time? ask about the possibilities.
The center of Kralendijk we visit local residential areas. With explanations about daily life, history and culture. You will experience unblocked views and continuous photo opportunities.
A beautiful view over the clear blue Caribbean sea. Here you can take some pictures of the beautiful scenery of the clear blue ocean. If you don't want to walk down to the beach because of the Steps, that is no problem. You can stay at the top and enjoy the beautiful view.
From the 17th century until 1863, Bonaire, like many islands in the Caribbean, relied on slave labour to work plantations and the salt pans.
Goto (Pronounced Go - To) Meer is a beautiful protected reserve area where you will often see flamingos and native birds in their natural habitat. In the background you see the tallest hill on the island called Brandaris.
Rincon was the first official town established in the 16th century. Here you will see some of the oldest buildings on the island, typical local architecture, and learn why this location was chosen many years ago to be the first official settlement when the Spanish discovered Bonaire.
We will be on a top of a hill where you can see Bonaire from a high point in the middle of the Island.
Sorobon (Lac Bai) is a shallow bay with a small beach and here you see the beautiful colors of the windsurfers and the Crystal clear turquoise water. We can clim the watchtower and have an amazing view over Lac Bai.
In a picturesque landscape, on the Caribbean coast, we stop at the salt mountains and pink salt pans. Participants can enjoy the environment, take pictures, and receive salt crystals as a present.
A natural paradise without habitation with wonderful views over the old salt pan, the plantation house and the white slave houses.
Here you will see the Slaves Huts, where you will be able to experience how the enslaved people were working on the Island.
We drive via a beautiful road back to your resort, hotel or cruise ship. This is a private tour so you can stop when and where ever you want.
