Meeting and pickup
If you’re being picked up at the airport, please provide us with your flight number and arrival time so we can track your flight and adjust the pickup time if necessary. Additionally, after your flight lands, our driver will wait 60 minutes to ensure you have enough time to go through security, collect your luggage, and make your way to the arrivals area. The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it, which will make it easy to find each other.
In the event that your flight is changed or canceled for any reason, it is important that you inform us of the new details, including the flight number and arrival time, so we can update our information and be there when you arrive, as we have no way of knowing if your flight was changed.
If the pickup is at a hotel the day before the service, you must provide us with the exact address and room number so that our driver can find you at the front desk by name and room number. Please note that if for any reason you are delayed at the departure time, our driver will wait for you for 20 minutes after the scheduled time, but if you need more time, an additional charge will apply for the waiting time.
What to expect
This is a private transfer for your group only.
The private transfer service starts with the reservation where the date, time, place of departure and destination are agreed upon. In this case, it is a private transfer for a group in a modern fleet of vehicles, equipped with air conditioning and luggage space.
The driver can stop for you on the way if there is something you would like to do (restaurant, restrooms, take a picture or anything else you would like).
We keep track of all flights, if for any reason yours is delayed, you don't have to worry, we will be waiting for you no matter what time you arrive.
Experienced and friendly drivers
On the day of the trip, the driver will be at the airport with a sign with the name of the group. In addition, a bottle of water is included for each passenger.
For the round trip, the traveler is picked up at the Liberia airport and taken to the destination hotel. For the return trip, the group is picked up at the hotel and taken to the Liberia airport 4 hours before the scheduled flight time.
In summary, the transportation service offers comfort, punctuality and customer service throughout the entire transfer process.
