Meeting and pickup
Our store's exterior is that of a traditional Japanese house. There are two large banners hanging near the entrance.
What to expect
Choose either a T-shirt or a traditional Japanese tenugui hand towel as your canvas. First, create your favorite design using silk screen printing. Then, dye your item in beautiful indigo blue using traditional Japanese dyeing techniques. The result is a unique handmade souvenir that you can take home and enjoy long after your trip to Japan.
This experience is suitable for beginners, families, couples, solo travelers, and anyone interested in Japanese culture, traditional crafts, and creative activities. Our friendly staff will guide you through every step, making the process easy and enjoyable even for first-time participants.
Located near Lake Kawaguchi and Mt. Fuji, this workshop offers a memorable cultural experience away from the crowds while allowing you to create something truly personal.
Please note: Our workshop is operated together with a rescue cat café. While the dyeing area is separate, guests with cat allergies should be aware that cats are present on the premises.
