Please provide your pickup time, pickup hotel name, drop-off hotel name, and full address.
Vehicle type depends on the number of passengers and luggage:
1–2 passengers: Sedan (maximum 2–3 passengers, 2 luggage)
3–4 passengers: SUV (maximum 4 passengers, 4 luggage)
5–7 passengers: Van (maximum 7 passengers, 7 luggage)
If you have extra luggage, please choose a larger vehicle type. If your group has more than 7 passengers or more than 8 pieces of luggage, please make 2 separate bookings.

Meeting and pickup
Pick-up time varies depending on flight time and hotel location.
Transfer duration varies depending on traffic and location.
The baggage allowance is one piece of luggage per passenger, weighing up to 20 kg.
A day before the pickup, you will receive a text message with your driver’s name, contact details, customer support number, and booking reference.
Please specify the time you would like to be picked up. If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival, no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.
For airport transfers, please provide your flight number and arrival or departure time.
If the hotel is located outside the city limit zone, a surcharge will apply.
What to expect
Your driver will meet you in the lobby of your hotel. Please stand by at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the meeting time. Please present your confirmation to the driver upon pickup. In case you cannot find your driver, please contact him directly using the mobile number sent to you via SMS or email.
Waiting time for departure airport transfer: 15 minutes after the indicated pick-up time.
Please note that your flight number and departure time are strongly required upon reservation.
