Our 5-day, 4-night program
What sets us apart
Unique lodging in our own Amazon Treehouse
We don't take you to an ordinary hostel. Our greatest exclusivity is that you'll sleep in our beautiful and authentic treehouses with panoramic views of the Palotoa River. It's a privilege reserved for very few travelers in the world.
We don't leave your trip in the hands of third parties. We design the routes ourselves, operate the boats ("peque-peque"), cook your traditional meals with fresh, local ingredients, and guide you on the trails. Traveling with us is an honest and safe immersion in the local culture; we welcome you as part of our family.
Exclusive routes away from mass tourism

Embark on your Manu Amazon Tours with an early morning pick up from your Cusco hotel. Our private transport will smoothly transition you from the Andean landscape to the expansive Amazon.
The first destination is Paucartambo, perched at an elevation of 2906 meters, where you'll savor a traditional breakfast as your guide enlightens you on the local customs and culture.
After imbibing the historic essence of Paucartambo, we'll journey to the Tres Cruces or Acjano viewpoint. Resting at a breathtaking 3900 meters (12795 ft), it's the zenith of our Manu National Park tour from Cusco, granting stunning views of the Amazon basin.
At noon, we’ll make a very special stop to enjoy a delicious lunch at the beautiful Jardín de Picaflores. While savoring the local cuisine, we’ll have the unique opportunity to watch these colorful, swift birds flitting around us in their natural habitat—a magical moment and the perfect time to take incredible photos. After lunch, we’ll continue our journey toward Puerto de Santa Cruz. Upon arrival, we’ll leave the road behind to begin our true river adventure. We’ll board a traditional “peque-peque,” a motorboat specially designed to navigate safely through the shallow waters of the Amazonian rivers. We’ll travel down the Madre de Dios River and head into the Palotoa River until we reach our final destination: the magical Amazon Treehouse, where you’ll enjoy the unique experience of relaxing in our exclusive treehouses in the middle of the jungle with an unforgettable view of the river.
After enjoying a nutritious breakfast, we'll pack our boxed lunches for a full-day expedition. We'll travel along the Palotoa River to reach the mystical Rio Negro, a fascinating place completely untouched by civilization. In this remote corner of the rainforest, we'll have the opportunity to explore pristine trails and connect with nature in its purest form. At midday, we'll enjoy a leisurely lunch outdoors, surrounded by the peace and sounds of the rainforest. After an afternoon filled with discoveries, we'll begin our return journey to rest and spend the night in our comfortable Amazon Treehouse.
The third day begins before the break of dawn with an early departure to witness the Parrots and Macaws Clay Lick, a remarkable spectacle of the Manu National Park experience. Watch hundreds of vivid parrots and macaws flock to the cliff to feed on the detoxifying clay. Amidst this spectacle, you'll enjoy breakfast.
.After breakfast, we'll embark on a hike along a well-marked trail around the Tree House, where we'll find various medicinal plants and our guide will explain their uses. If we venture further in, we may observe snakes, anteaters, sloths, and tapirs in their natural habitat from a safe distance. We'll then return to the lodge for lunch in the heart of the rainforest.
In the afternoon, we'll get ready to explore the swamp, a habitat full of mystery and extremely important to the Amazonian ecosystem. We'll walk carefully around this wetland, a natural magnet for biodiversity. With the help of our expert guides, we'll search for waterfowl, exotic amphibians, and reptiles that inhabit this special place, enjoying the scenery and the tranquility the rainforest offers at that time of day.
Our day concludes with a captivating night walk through the jungle, providing another wonderful opportunity to encounter fascinating nocturnal creatures.
This morning we'll have our second opportunity to visit and observe the parrot clay lick, a marvelous natural spectacle where colorful birds gather early in the morning to feed on the minerals in the clay. It's the perfect time to enjoy the Amazonian sunrise and take spectacular photographs. After witnessing this incredible sight, we'll return to enjoy a delicious and hearty breakfast. With our energy fully replenished, we'll prepare to set out to explore the hidden trails of our reserve, venturing deeper into the rainforest in search of more wildlife and ready to discover the secrets hidden within the Manu jungle.
In the afternoon, we'll prepare for one of the most fun and refreshing activities of the expedition: tubing on the Palotoa River! We'll put on our life jackets, grab our giant inflatable floats, and launch ourselves into the water to drift along with the river's gentle current. This adventure will allow you to completely relax as you float surrounded by the breathtaking green landscapes of the Amazon rainforest. It's the perfect combination of the adrenaline rush of navigating the gentle currents and the peace of contemplating nature from a unique perspective. Keep your eyes peeled during the trip, as you can often spot tropical birds flying over the river or animals on the banks. You'll always be accompanied by our expert guides to ensure a 100% safe and fun experience.
On the final day of our Manu Amazon Journey, we'll commence with a fulfilling breakfast at the Amazon Treehouse.
Following breakfast, we'll set out on a voyage back to Atalaya Dock. Here, our team will be on standby with our private vehicle to drive us back to Cusco.
On the way, we'll pause in Paucartambo to savour a meal. Immerse yourself in the flavours of this captivating Andean town one last time.
Our expedition concludes with an arrival in Cusco around 05:00 PM. We guarantee this memorable expedition will furnish you with a wealth of unforgettable moments.
