Provider requirements and policies
* Driver's license: The driver must present their valid driver's license at the time of delivery. National and international licenses are accepted (if you are a tourist from another country, your valid driver's license is totally valid).
* Security deposit: $100,000 COP in cash/transfer (100% refundable upon vehicle delivery in the same condition).
* On-route assistance: We recommend monitoring the battery level during your trip. In case of requiring tow truck or rescue service due to total vehicle breakdown due to negligence, the cost of the transport will be deducted from the security deposit.
