This experience is for curious wine lovers who want to go beyond a standard winery tour and discover Piedmont through the wines they are genuinely interested in. There is no fixed route or standard tasting programme: the day is built around you.
Your host is a local DipWSET wine educator. You’ll have someone with you throughout the day who can help you understand what you’re tasting, compare different terroirs and styles, translate when needed, and offer independent advice on wines you may want to buy.
Because every itinerary is different, winery tasting fees are not included in the tour price and are paid directly to each winery. Before confirming your itinerary, you will always know how much each tasting costs, so you can choose the wineries that best suit both your interests and your budget.
Whether you are relatively new to wine or an experienced collector, the experience can be adapted to your interests. The idea is simple: less tourism, more wine discovery, at your own pace.

What to expect
Before your trip: we meet on a video call to discuss what you like and what you are curious about. We build your itinerary together, choosing two or three wineries from my curated list, or estates you suggest. I handle all bookings, and you know the exact tasting fee at each one before we confirm (not included, paid directly to the wineries).
Tour day: I meet you at 9am in central Turin with my tasting kit (everything you need for the day) and we set off for the region you chose. We begin with a walk in the vineyards, where I introduce the local terroir: the soils, the grapes, and why the wines taste the way they do.
At the wineries we meet the winemakers, visit their cellars, hear their stories and taste their wines. I translate where needed and share tasting and buying tips throughout. We can stop for lunch in between if you like (not included, so you choose freely).
Back in Turin around 4pm, we finish at my wine studio with your questions and some final insights. The most authentic and personal way to discover Piedmont wine culture.
