What to expect

Versalles has seen a boom over he past few years in the food scene, which has seen some finer dining restaurants come and go. But as newer restaurants continue to try and develop the next big concept in dining, the decades-old street vendors of Versalles remain constant and consistently deliver the hearty, traditional foods that make Mexican evenings memorable.
