After getting off the cruise ship walk towards the main waterfront road Front Street about 2-10 minute walk from most cruise ships to the visitor center (Ketchikan visitor bureau) Brown building green roof. driver will be holding a sign that says “OVER THE TOP TOURS” near a statue called “THE ROCK”
