1Clos Apalta
We'll depart at 08:00 hrs from your Hotel and drive 2,30 hrs to Clos Apalta winery and experience their Explore the vineyard tour. Explore our historic Clos Apalta Vineyard, with a private walk around the vineyard, where our vines planted in 1907, stand as one of the world's oldest. Immerse yourself in our commitment to viticulture, boasting organic practices. Dive into the intricacies of vineyard management guided by our experienced hosts, culminating in an unforgettable wine tasting. The experience last approximately 60 minutes, offered in English, Portuguese or Spanish. This private visit includes a tasting of Prelude 2023, Le Petit Clos 2022 and Clos Apalta 2022 as you savor the essence of our wines amidst the scenic beauty of our vineyard estate.

Our next stop will be at Apaltagua winery to enjoy two of their Icon wines by glass. The winery’s vineyards, some of which are over 70 years old, produce a range of varietals including Carmenère, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Chardonnay. Notably, Apaltagua is renowned for its Carmenère, with the “Envero” Gran Reserva and “Signature” lines receiving international acclaim.

- We'll head to enjoy lunch at the famous Fuegos de Apalta restaurant, lead by the world-acclaimed chef Francis Mellman, an expert hand on meats; a superb culinary experience. You'll have the option to choose a la carte and pay for your own lunch. We'll take care of booking a table for you.

4Vina Maquis
Once lunch ends we'll drive to Los Maquis winery for tour + wine tasting of their Icon wines at 15:30 hrs. The Maquis Viola has been awarded by Robert Parker as the best Carmenere in the world for 5 times. We invite you to a unique experience where history and elegance meet in every glass. Accompanied by our team, you'll tour our vineyard and the banks of the Chimbarongo estuary, discovering firsthand the charm and freshness that make our wines so unique. Enjoy an exclusive tasting in our manor house, where you'll immerse yourself in the world of our most prestigious wines. Enjoy a glass of our refreshing Maquis Revela Rosé, followed by an elegant iconic Cabernet Sauvignon from Calcu.
