- Standard Pick-up: Complimentary door-to-door hotel and Nile Cruise pick-up and drop-off are included for all mainland Aswan locations.

- Elephantine Island Guests: The standard meeting and pick-up point is on the mainland at the Elephantine public ferry dock (City Side). A private motorboat transfer can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.

-West Suhail (Nubian Village) & Remote Locations: Due to the driving distance from the city center, pick-up from West Suhail, western bank guest houses, or hotels near the High Dam/Aswan Airport is available for a small additional surcharge, arranged upon booking confirmation.
