Go behind the scenes of our rum craftsmanship and into the heart of the aging process. Led by a BACARDÍ guide, this immersive experience takes you deep inside a working aging warehouse, where thousands of barrels rest in the Caribbean heat of Puerto Rico.
You'll see how our maestros del rum read each barrel, and how climate and time work in their hands to shape every aged expression — from the resting cask to the art of the blend. Taste rum drawn straight from the barrel, then finish with a seated tasting of our premium aged rums. Whether you're a rum lover or a curious first timer, you'll leave understanding the craft, the patience, and the people behind every bottle of BACARDÍ.

Meet at Ticket Sales inside Pavilion. Please arrive at least thirty minutes before your tour time so you can register, enjoy your welcome cocktail, and take some photos!

1Casa Bacardi Puerto Rico
Meet your BACARDÍ host at the Casa BACARDÍ Pavilion in Cataño, Puerto Rico, and enjoy one welcome cocktail. Guests may select from a Mojito, Daiquiri, or Cuba Libre before joining an expert-led seated rum tasting. During the tasting, guests will sample four aged BACARDÍ rums while learning how to identify aroma, flavor, and finish. The host will guide participants through the tasting process and share insights into the craft and character of BACARDÍ rum. After the tasting, guests may enjoy the Casa BACARDÍ Pavilion views and visit the on-site gift shop for exclusive merchandise, collectibles, and BACARDÍ products. This experience is 75 minutes, offered in English, and available for guests 18 years or older. The Rum Tasting Tour can only be combined with the Legacy Tour.
