Why visit Dong Dinh Museum? A museum in the middle of the forest – Instead of a typical indoor museum, you'll walk along shaded stone paths surrounded by ancient trees and natural rock formations. Ancient artifacts – The museum displays ceramics and antiques from the Sa Huynh, Cham, Ly, Tran, Le, and Nguyen periods. Fishing Village Memory House – A reconstruction of the traditional fishing communities that once lived around Son Tra Peninsula. Art gallery – Contemporary Vietnamese paintings and sculptures are exhibited in modern buildings designed to blend into the forest. Ethnographic House – Traditional tools, costumes, and cultural objects from Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands are on display. 2Lady Buddha
Lady Buddha Statue is one of Da Nang's most iconic landmarks. Standing 67 meters (220 feet) tall on the Son Tra Peninsula, it is the tallest statue of the Goddess of Mercy (Guanyin) in Vietnam.
