  Mt. Aso

  Visit the spectacular Mount Aso, home to one of the world's largest active volcanic calderas. Admire the sweeping grasslands of Kusasenri, where horses graze against a dramatic volcanic backdrop. When conditions allow, enjoy views of the famous Nakadake Crater. If volcanic activity or weather prevents access, alternative attractions will be visited. The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or safety conditions.

  Kurokawa Onsen

  Relax in the charming hot spring village of Kurokawa Onsen, celebrated for its traditional ryokan, peaceful riverside setting, and rustic atmosphere. In winter or severe weather, this stop may be replaced with Shirakawa Spring for safety reasons.
