Experience a day discovering the gold of Sardinian gastronomy: the saffron, a spice with a unique and special flavor that characterizes several of the island's products. The experience will take place in Olmedo, a small town near Alghero in northwestern Sardinia.
You will learn about the different stages of cultivation and subsequent uses of this spice in the kitchen. You will not miss a tasting of typical seasoned products, such as bread and cheese, inside an equally special and characteristic structure of the ancient culture of Sardinia: su Pinnettu.

Tasting
The tasting session includes a variety of saffron-infused delicacies, such as saffron bread, dry sausage, wine, and water.
The entrance is marked by a sign with the name of the company, and a wrought iron gate.
