This experience combines Emberá culture, nature and real human contact in a single day from Panama City. It’s not just a sightseeing tour – travellers canoe the traditional boat, learn about the history and way of life of the Emberá Parará Purú Community, enjoy dances, crafts, local lunch and a natural waterfall surrounded by jungle.
With Ñeque Aventuras Panama the experience is done with small groups, close coordination by WhatsApp, organized transport and accompaniment of our local team, taking care of security, respect for the community and an authentic connection with Panama.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Pick-up takes place from hotels or central locations within Panama City, depending on the location selected or coordinated in advance.
The day before the tour we will confirm by WhatsApp the exact pick-up time, the name of the guide/coordinator and the details of the vehicle.
Guests must be ready in the hotel lobby or at the agreed point at least 10 minutes before the confirmed time. If the accommodation is outside the regular pick-up area, a nearby location will be coordinated or an additional charge may apply.

Transfer to the embarkation point to board a traditional Emberá canoe and navigate the river surrounded by rainforest on the way to the community.

3Indigenes Embera
Visit to the Emberá Parará Purú community, where travelers will learn about its traditions, music, dances, crafts, clothing, history and way of life. There will also be time to share with the community and enjoy a traditional lunch.
4 minutes • Admission ticket included -
4Panama City
Return by canoe to the embarkation point and land transfer back to Panama City. Return ends at the hotel or agreed point.
