What to expect

Discover what it’s like to be welcomed into a real Roman home, where you’ll learn the art of fresh pasta, prepare traditional Tiramisu, and experience authentic Italian hospitality.
Guided by Ilaria in her warm and welcoming kitchen, you’ll prepare traditional Italian dishes with your own hands. Along the way, you’ll discover the little family secrets behind each recipe—the gestures, timings, and instincts that rarely make it into cookbooks.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
After preparing the fresh pasta dough and Tiramisù following Ilaria’s family recipe, we’ll take a short break to enjoy a traditional Italian Aperitivo with Italian wine and seasonal bites. Then we’ll return to the kitchen, where Ilaria will guide you step by step as you transform the dough into Fettuccine, Ravioli and Orecchiette, pairing each pasta with its traditional sauce : Cacio e Pepe Sauce, Fresh Tomato and Basil Sauce, and Norma Sauce.
Enjoy the homemade meal you prepared, where cooking turns into conversation, laughter, and new friendships.
More than a cooking class, this is an invitation to experience authentic Italian hospitality. Come hungry, curious, and ready to feel at home.
