This product is a transportation pass and does not include theme park admission tickets. All transfers must be scheduled in advance with your operations team. Service is available within the Walt Disney World Resort Area, Lake Buena Vista, and nearby zones. After booking, travelers are required to provide their arrival and departure flight details, as well as their hotel or accommodation information, in order to properly coordinate all services included in the pass. Please note that all transfers — including airport transfers and theme park transportation — operate within standard service hours between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Requests outside these hours may be subject to availability and additional charges.
