    Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our representative will warmly welcome you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax after your journey. In the evening, enjoy dinner and an introduction to the upcoming Yatra. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

    Pashupatinath Temple

    Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing Accommodation: Standard Hotel | Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner After breakfast, embark on a spiritual sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. The journey begins with a visit to Pashupatinath Temple, one of the holiest shrines of Lord Shiva, followed by Guhyeshwari Temple, dedicated to Goddess Parvati. Next, visit Budhanilkantha, also known as the Sleeping Vishnu, and end the tour at the majestic Boudhanath Stupa, a UNESCO World Heritage site. After returning to the hotel for lunch, the afternoon will be spent preparing for the Kailash journey. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

    Drive to Nepal–China Border (Rasuwagadhi or Kodari)

    After breakfast, we begin our scenic drive towards the Nepal–China border. Depending on the route, we will travel either to Rasuwagadhi (Kerung Border) or Kodari (Tatopani Border). The journey takes approximately 6 hours, passing through winding mountain roads, lush landscapes, and riverside views. Upon arrival, check into a hotel near the border and overnight stay

    Drive to Kerung (2,800m) or Nyalam (3,750m)

    After Breakfast Reach to Nepal/China Border. After completing immigration formalities, you will meet your Chinese guide and transfer to your bus for the onward journey into Tibet. Continue driving through high mountain landscapes until you reach Kerung (2,800m) or Nyalam (3,750m). Upon arrival, check into your hotel and take time to rest. Overnight stay in Kerung or Nyalam.

    Rest Day in Kerung or Nyalam

    Drive to Saga

    After breakfast, continue your journey deeper into Tibet as you drive approximately 245 kilometers to Saga. Along the way, you will cross the Labung-La Pass (5,050m) and pass the sparkling waters of Pekhu Tso Lake. The vast plateau landscape, with nomads herding yaks and sheep, creates a timeless view of Tibetan life. By late afternoon, cross the mighty Brahmaputra River and arrive in Saga, a bustling town where you will check into your hotel. Overnight stay in Saga.

    Today is one of the most anticipated and spiritually uplifting days of the Yatra. After breakfast, embark on a long drive of about 500 kilometers. The route passes through valleys, grazing lands, sand dunes, and snow-capped peaks, offering breathtaking scenery throughout the journey. By late afternoon, you will be blessed with your first view of the sacred Mount Kailash and the turquoise waters of Lake Manasarovar. On arrival at Hore, a village near the lake, settle into your accommodation. Overnight stay near Lake Manasarovar.

    Puja at Lake Manasarovar – Drive to Darchen (4,575m)

    Early in the morning, participate in holy rituals by taking a dip in the sacred waters of Lake Manasarovar and performing Puja. The serene lake, considered the highest freshwater lake in the world, is surrounded by Mount Kailash, Mount Gurla Mandhata, and Lake Rakshastal.     Trek to Dirapuk (5,000m)

    Today marks the beginning of your sacred Kailash Parikrama. Trek approximately 18 kilometers from Darchen to Dirapuk, a journey that takes six to seven hours. The trail passes dramatic rocky cliffs and cascading waterfalls, with frequent glimpses of Mount Kailash appearing majestically in the background. Upon reaching Dirapuk, rest in a simple guesthouse.     Trek to Zuthulpuk via Dolma-La Pass (5,630m)

    This is the most challenging yet spiritually rewarding day of the pilgrimage. Begin the steep ascent to Dolma-La Pass at 5,630 meters (18,600 ft), the highest point of the Yatra. At Shiva- sthal, pilgrims symbolically leave old clothes, strands of hair, or drops of blood, signifying the abandonment of past sins. After crossing the pass, descend carefully, passing by Parvati-sthal and the sacred Gauri Kund. By late afternoon, arrive at Zuthulpuk Monastery, famous for the meditation cave of the great Tibetan saint Milarepa. Overnight stay in Zuthulpuk..

    End of Parikrama – Drive to Saga

    In the morning, complete the final leg of the Parikrama with a short two-hour trek. Your coach will be waiting at the end point to take you back to Saga via Darchen.     Drive to Kerung or Nyalam (2,800m–3,750m)

    After breakfast, begin the journey back towards the border region, driving to either Kerung (2,800m) or Nyalam (3,750m) depending on the route permitted by the Chinese authorities. The drive passes through scenic mountain terrain, offering stunning views of the Tibetan plateau as you descend gradually towards the border. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and spend the evening at leisure, reflecting on the sacred journey you have completed. Overnight stay in Kerung or Nyalam

    Drive to Kathmandu (1,300M)

    After breakfast, we begin our drive towards the Nepal/China border, where we will complete the necessary immigration and customs formalities. Upon arrival at the border, you will go through the exit procedures on the Chinese side, and then proceed with the entry formalities on the Nepali side. This process may take some time, depending on the flow of travelers and the efficiency of the authorities.
