Using your flight number, we are able to track your arrival time at the airport. Therefore, there is no need to worry about early arrivals or flight delays, as your flight status is continuously monitored by our team.
After your flight lands, you are required to arrive at the designated meeting point within 2 hours. Please do not spend unnecessary time taking photos, eating, or staying inside the airport. Keep in mind that a vehicle is waiting for you, and we kindly ask you to proceed to the meeting point as quickly as possible.
An additional fee of $15 will be charged if you arrive more than 2 hours after your flight has landed.

What to expect

If your pick-up point is Istanbul Airport, you will be greeted by a banner that reads 'SR 25 SA'. If it is Sabiha Gökçen Airport, our staff will greet you with a banner that reads 'CEO 34'. After your identity verification process is completed by our staff, your luggage will be carried and escorted to the car. You will reach your destination with our driver, who has a safe driving certificate, and our latest model Mercedes vehicles. You have the right to make us wait for the first 90 minutes from your plane’s landing time. If you are not present at the pick-up point and cannot be contacted within this period, without prior notice, your transfer service will be considered completed, and you will not be entitled to a refund due to negligence. You can choose the vehicle that suits your needs or preference from our fleet of vehicles.
