After this class you will only be making the second kind. Chef Christine walks you through the whole thing in a relaxed, beginner-friendly setting, starting with a simple pasta dough of flour, eggs and olive oil that you will knead, roll and hand-cut into fettuccine noodles. Then comes the Alfredo, rich, velvety and seasoned with garlic and parsley until it is the kind of sauce that makes the room go quiet when people take their first bite.
