You can join with your own e-bike at no extra cost, or reserve an e-bike ready on site for €45, payable locally. The dairy visit with cheese tasting is optional and paid on site (€10). Discover Martina Franca and Locorotondo on an easy e-bike tour through the Itria Valley, among dry-stone walls, vineyards, trulli and masserie, with panoramic stops and time for photos. A local escort manages the route, stops and full assistance, keeping a relaxed pace.
Locorotondo welcomes you with whitewashed lanes, flowered balconies and romantic corners, before returning to Martina Franca through some of the valley’s most iconic landscapes.
At the dairy farm, you’ll see mozzarella production, the cave where caciocavalli mature, and how stracciatella and burrata are made.
