Private door-to-door transfer between Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and hotels in Punta Cana and Bávaro. Your driver meets you at arrivals holding a sign with your name and takes you straight to your hotel — no shared shuttle and no stops to drop off other passengers.
Your fare includes up to 80 minutes of wait time after your flight lands, at no extra cost, and a baby seat at no charge. We contact you via WhatsApp or message before you arrive with your driver's name and direct number, and stay reachable until you are checked in.
Vehicles are our own, in excellent condition, with bilingual drivers. Available 24 hours, every day.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Once you book one of our products your booking will be confirmed immediately, then one of our representatives will gladly contact you a day before your service to assist you in all the details about your transport and what to expect from it.
At the time of pick-up, our drivers will be properly represented holding a sign with your full name and our company logo to ensure you can easily identify us.
Airport arrivals: We have two meeting points to make our meeting easier and more effective, for Terminal "A" our representatives will be waiting for you at the restaurant called "JET-LAG" which is located just a few meters from the terminal exit. For terminal "B" the meeting point will be at the restaurant called "REFUGE" located only a few steps from the exit.
If your shuttle service is Round Trip we will contact you one day before your departure date, ask for your room number and confirm pickup for the next day.
What to expect
2. Before you arrive. We contact you by WhatsApp the day before or the day of your service with your driver's name and direct phone number, and we track your flight's actual landing time.
3. Meeting us at the airport. A greeter from our team — separate from your driver — waits for you holding a sign with your full name and our company logo. Terminal A: the meeting point is the JET-LAG restaurant, a few metres from the terminal exit. Terminal B: the meeting point is the REFUGIO restaurant, a few steps from the exit. Our greeter identifies you, takes care of your luggage and walks you to your driver.
4. Wait time included. There is no charge for flight or immigration delays: we wait up to 80 minutes after your flight lands.
5. The transfer. We drive you directly to your hotel in our own vehicle. A baby seat is available at no charge.
6. Arrival. Your driver drops you at your hotel entrance and makes sure all your luggage is with you.
7. Round trip bookings. We contact you the day before your departure to confirm the pickup for the following day, ask for your room number, and confirm the pickup time in your hotel lobby.
