We will pick you up from the car park, outside of the Levi Tourist Information centre in Myllyjoentie 2, 99130 Sirkka. Your meeting time is 20 minutes before the start of your tour. Please be on time, as refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or no shows.

What to expect

Ice fishing is a famous local tradition in Lapland, and this fun, hands-on experience lets you try it for yourself. After a short transfer from Levi, your guide will show you how to drill through the thick lake ice and share tips for catching fish in Arctic conditions.

As you relax on the beautiful frozen lake, you’ll experience the peace and silence of the Lappish nature as you try your luck at catching fish beneath the surface. We will also enjoy hot drinks and a tasty sweet snack while by the
cosy campfire before returning to Levi.
