Meeting and pickup
Welcome to Bogotá! Our staff will be waiting to take you from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport.
Please provide us the address of your hotel or place of accommodation within the city.
What to expect
Operation:
-Daytime service for transfers between 6:01 a.m. and 18:59 p.m.
-Niighttime service for transfers between 19:01 p.m. and 5:59 a.m.
If your flight is at night, whether arriving at or departing from the airport, please note these schedules:
Departure transfers-applies night service: flights between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Arrival transfers-applies night service: flights between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Recommendations:
One (1) piece of luggage per person is allowed; any excess must be paid for directly by the user at the destination. For departure transfers, it is recommended to schedule the service 3 hours in advance for domestic flights and 4 hours in advance for international flights.
