During this private Reiki & Chakra Balancing session, you will have quiet time to relax, slow down, and reconnect with yourself.
We use Reiki as a natural energy practice together with chakra awareness to help you notice where you may be feeling stress, emotional heaviness, or imbalance in your life.
Reiki is natural energy. The practitioner does not put energy into you or “fix” you. Instead, the session creates a peaceful space for you to receive and experience the natural energy in your own way.
Your session may include gentle Reiki, chakra balancing, relaxation, and a healing conversation to help you become more aware of yourself and what you may need at this moment.
