The museum displays over 300 genuine ninja artifacts, collected over 50 years by the late Kenji Yamagishi, one of Japan's foremost collectors. See real shuriken, kusarigama, and concealed weapons—one of the Kanto region's finest ninja collections.

With over 300 ninja tools and weapons on display, including shurikens, kusarigamas, kusari fundo, and hidden mechanisms, Ninpaku boasts one of the largest permanent exhibitions of ninja tools in Japan. The collection, known as the Yamagishi Collection, was curated by the late Kenji Yamagishi, a renowned collector of ninja tools from all over the country. The use of projection mapping, kinetic light systems, interactive flooring, and other cutting-edge audiovisual lighting techniques breathe new life into the antiquities on display. Adjacent to Ninpaku, like a twin, is the warehouse of ninja entertainment called "Nintame." It stands out as a ninja training ground for children, offering VR sword fighting attraction "VS Sanada Yukimura," a shuriken game for young children using CG, classic ninja games, and the opportunity to experience ninja and armor cosplay. A visit to Ninpaku takes you on a time leap spanning 400 years.
