Tour of olive press with Vassilakis family member:
• Viewing of the original 1865 museum-piece hand-operated press
and description of how olive oil used to be made
• Viewing of the working olive mill and description of how olive oil is
made today
• Picnic in our olive grove amongst the olive trees. Includes tasting of 3 local Cretan wines accompanied with a generous selection of delicious Cretan cheeses, fresh vegetables & fruit.
