    Then, if you wish, you can move on to the delicious part of the tour and sample some authentic traditional Egyptian cuisine. You can choose to eat kushari, a special combination of rice, noodles, chickpeas, lentils, fried onions and tomato sauce. Alternatively, you can try shawarma, which consists of spit-roasted layers of lamb, beef or other meat that are sliced and often served in or with pita bread. Or you can try falafel sandwiches, which consist of deep-fried balls or patties made from chickpeas or fava beans, or fava bean and baba ganoush sandwiches, which are made of blended eggplant, tahini, garlic, lemon juice and salt. At the end of your tour, we will drive you back to your hotel.
