• The ticket category chosen at the time of booking must correspond to the traveler’s real age at check in. If a guest was reserved under an infant or child category but their age qualifies them as an adult, the booking will be corrected during check in. Any difference in price for the proper category must be paid at that moment.
• Infants who are 1 year and 11 months old or younger are not allowed to join this experience. For safety and operational reasons, they cannot participate in the activity or board the boats.
