This is an unusual tour, aimed at fans and people especially interested in the history of Escobar and the Medellín Cartel. Combine a tour inside Pablo Escobar's mansion with the main attractions of Guatapé: the El Peñol Rock and a walking tour through the colorful town of zócalos. Additionally, you will have free time to do extra activities according to your interest.
This tour does not praise or promote crime, nor does it assume the repressive attitude of traditional institutions. Instead, we strive to understand the causes, the context, and the consequences. Analyze the history and reflect on drug trafficking, violence, and corruption in Colombia. An independent journalistic approach is used, without being limited to the biases of the media, nor to the censorship of the authorities, nor to the particular interests of the people closest to Escobar.

1Guatape Dam
At the Peñol-Guatapé dam, we will visit Pablo Escobar's mansion, where you will take a guided tour (walking) to see this property (now in ruins).

2Guatape
We will take a walking tour through the colorful streets of the town of Guatapé. Here we will make a stop for lunch at a restaurant previously selected by us.

3Piedra El Penol
We will visit the Stone of El Peñol, which is the main attraction of the area. Will you have free time to climb to the top of the rock and enter the Pablo Escobar museum nearby, with a collection of jet skis and other objects that belonged to the head of the Medellín Cartel? These activities are optional. The admission tickets for these attractions are not included in the tour price. The ticket to climb the Stone has an approximate value of COP 35,000 per person and the ticket to enter the Escobar museum is close to COP 150,000.
