Choose your option:
- Entry Ticket Only: timed entry to Levels 124 & 125. Wheelchair accessible.
- Ticket with Pick-up & Drop-off: ticket plus a private air-conditioned vehicle from your Dubai hotel and back (vehicles are not wheelchair accessible).
Open daily 10am-9pm (last entry 8:15pm). Children under 3 enter free; children up to 16 must be with an adult. Tickets are valid only for the date and time slot booked.

Pick-up & Drop-off option only: private round-trip transfer from your hotel or residence within Dubai. After booking, our team will contact you on WhatsApp/phone to confirm your pick-up time, about 1 hour before your selected At the Top time slot. Pick-ups from airports and cruise ports/terminals are not available. Our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible. Entry Ticket Only option: make your own way to the At the Top entrance on the Lower Ground level of The Dubai Mall and arrive 15 minutes before your time slot.
