Unlike standard cooking classes with a fixed menu, this experience is personalized from the very beginning. Each guest receives 200 THB to shop at a local market with the chef, choosing fresh ingredients and selecting the Thai dishes they would like to cook.
Every class is different. Even couples, families, or friends joining together can prepare different recipes based on their own tastes, dietary needs, or curiosity. With guidance from a local chef, guests learn how to choose Thai ingredients, understand local flavors, and turn their market finds into authentic homemade dishes.
More than a cooking class, this is a hands-on cultural experience where each participant creates their own Thai food story to take home.

Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available only for customers who select the transfer option.
We offer pickup from selected hotels within the Khao Lak service area. Please provide your hotel name and room number when booking so our team can arrange your pickup correctly.
Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking and may vary depending on your hotel location and the day’s route. Please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the confirmed pickup time.
If you select the no-transfer option, hotel pickup and drop-off are not included. Please meet us directly at the meeting point shown on your voucher.
What to expect
Back at the cooking school, enjoy a fun and interactive class where every participant can prepare different recipes — from Som Tam and Pad Thai to Thai curries or desserts. Your chef will guide you step by step, sharing tips and stories along the way.
Finally, sit down together to enjoy the dishes you’ve created in a friendly, small-group setting. With flexible menus, market shopping, and authentic flavors, every class is a unique culinary adventure.
