Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available from selected hotels in Khao Lak when the transfer option is selected. Please wait in your hotel lobby at the confirmed pickup time. Our team will confirm the exact pickup time at least 1 day before the activity date.
Pickup time may vary depending on your hotel location and local traffic conditions. If your hotel is outside our regular pickup area, we will advise the nearest meeting point or any additional transfer cost before the activity date.

This 1-hour experience begins with a welcome briefing from our local team and an introduction to our sanctuary guidelines. Travelers will help prepare natural elephant food by cutting grass and banana trees from our farm, then learn about elephant behavior, daily care routines, and the role of local caretakers in supporting elephant welfare. After the food preparation activity, travelers will observe elephants respectfully in a peaceful sanctuary environment. There is no riding, no shows, no tricks, no forced bathing, and no forced interaction. Activities may vary depending on elephant comfort, safety, weather, and keeper guidance.
