You drive, and you set the route. This is a self-drive rental, not a guided tour - nobody rides along and there is no convoy to keep up with. We hand you the keys after a full walkthrough of the controls, and the coast is yours at your own pace.
Pickup is on property at The Diplomat Beach Resort, steps from the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and a straight run up or down A1A. Park at the resort, walk out, and go.
The price you see covers it - full insurance, unlimited miles, two DOT-approved helmets, eye protection and turn-by-turn GPS. No motorcycle endorsement is needed in Florida; a regular driver's license does it.
Rent for a couple of hours to get the feel of it, or keep it for four days.

Meeting and pickup
We are on property at The Diplomat Beach Resort. Enter from S Ocean Drive and come up the main valet ramp to the porte-cochere at the hotel entrance - our Slingshots are parked out front and our team will meet you there. Valet and self-parking are both available on site.
What to expect
SoFlo Slingshot Rentals is a Polaris Adventures Certified Outfitter based on property at The Diplomat Beach Resort on Hollywood Beach. You pick up at the resort, we walk you through the vehicle and the local routes, and then the day is yours. This is a self-drive rental, not a guided tour - there is no guide riding along and no convoy to keep up with. You choose where you go and how long you stop.
From the Diplomat you are minutes from the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, and A1A runs straight up the coast toward Fort Lauderdale beach and Las Olas, or south toward Hallandale, Sunny Isles and Miami Beach. We will hand you a suggested route, and you are free to ignore it.
Rentals run from one hour up to four days. Every Slingshot is a current-model Slingshot R with unlimited miles, commercial insurance, GPS, DOT-approved helmets and eye protection included, plus complimentary parking at the resort. Drivers must be 21 or older with a valid physical driver's license. Fuel is not included - premium 93 octane only.

- Your Slingshot is an automatic - no clutch, no gear stick
- Bring the credit card you booked with - the refundable $150 security deposit is returned in full once the Slingshot is back undamaged and all rental terms and conditions have been met
- Every rider must be tall enough to sit with their back against the seat, both feet flat on the floor, and the seat belt properly secured. The Slingshot cannot accommodate a child safety seat.
