Pickup available at all hotels in Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, and Akumal. In Tulum, pickup is only at Súper Aki. The exact schedule and pick-up point will be confirmed one day before the tour, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., via WhatsApp to the number registered in the reservation. Travelers must be ready 10 minutes before the confirmed time and wait at the main entrance of their hotel. Schedules may vary by a few minutes due to traffic and route conditions.
