To ensure a smooth and timely experience, we ask you to consider the following important information:
Prior confirmation
The exact pickup time will be sent one day before the tour via WhatsApp direct.
It is essential to provide a number with WhatsApp active.
If you do not receive information before 8:00 pm the previous day, we recommend contacting us.
Times and logistics
Pickup routes are organized by zones in Playa del Carmen and surrounding areas.
There may be slight delays (5–15 minutes) due to traffic or operating conditions.
Transportation has a maximum waiting time of 5 minutes at each point.
Some hotels, especially in areas like Cancun Hotel Zone or large resorts, have multiple access. In these cases, we will indicate the exact pick-up point (e.g. main lobby, lobby engine or tour access).
In Airbnb or private residential accommodation, a close meeting point may be assigned for access or security issues.
This will be confirmed at the time of booking.

    1. - Chiquilla pier : time approx 4 hours Start your adventure with early pick-up from your hotel and transfer to the marina, where your certified guide will give you a complete introduction on the activity, safety measures and good practices for responsible interaction with marine fauna. Then we board a fully equipped speedboat and sail offshore to the sighting area in the Mexican Caribbean, enjoying the scenery and excitement of the search. Once located, you will live the most anticipated moment : you will enter the water in small shifts accompanied by a guide, who will indicate how to swim safely with the whale shark, the largest fish in the world. You can observe its impressive size, its calm movement and the beauty of its natural environment. Depending on the conditions, you will have several opportunities to enter the water to make the most of the experience.

    2. - Cape Catoche Island Mexico Approximate time : 01 : 30 hours: At the end of the main activity, you will enjoy a light lunch on board with refreshing drinks while sharing the experience with the group. Afterwards, we will make a stop to visit the surrounding Cape Catoche Island you will return to the marina and be transferred back to your hotel
