To ensure a smooth and timely experience, we ask you to consider the following important information:
Prior confirmation
The exact pickup time will be sent one day before the tour via WhatsApp direct.
It is essential to provide a number with WhatsApp active.
If you do not receive information before 8:00 pm the previous day, we recommend contacting us.
Times and logistics
Pickup routes are organized by zones in Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal and Tulum (in Tulum only meeting point Supermarket La Comer).
There may be slight delays (5–15 minutes) due to traffic or operating conditions.
Transportation has a maximum waiting time of 5 minutes at each point.
Some hotels, especially in areas like Playacar or Xcaret are large resorts, have multiple access. In these cases, we will indicate the exact pick-up point (e.g. main lobby, lobby engine or tour access).
In Airbnb or private residential accommodation, a close meeting point may be assigned for access or security issues.
This will be confirmed at the time of booking.
