PICK-UP FROM CANCUN AIRPORT → AKUMAL : Important:
1. - Once you are in the waiting room to board the plane, let us know that the flight is on time (we continue to monitor the flight).
2. - When you arrive at Cancun Airport and are waiting for luggage, please let us know to allow the unit to enter the platform area.
3. - Locate the correct exit door, you can ask what is the exit where the Van or Transport Agencies are located.
4. - At this point they can place the personnel or driver with the logo and/or their name.
5. We appreciate being in charge of getting them to their destination with a quality service, on time and with the responsibility that characterizes us.
6. You can contact us by WhatsApp if you have any questions. This is a private tour or activity. Only your group can participate.
PICK UP FROM AKUMAL → CANCUN AIRPORT : Maximum waiting time for the van in the lobby is 05 minutes, after this time it is automatically considered NO SHOW (We recommend being ready 10 minutes before the scheduled time for your pickup).

First Arrival at CANCUN AIRPORT - HOTEL :
Once you have collected your luggage you must go to the departure gate or platform area of the terminal.
- You will be able to identify Welcome staff or driver because it displays a sign of the traveler's name.
- To validate your transfer, staff will request your digital booking confirmation or identification.
If for any reason, you have any inconvenience in locating Welcome staff, please locate yourself at any of the following meeting points located at the airport arrival terminals that correspond to your flight.
- Terminal 2 Domestic Arrivals "Welcome Bar".
- Terminal 2 International Arrivals "Welcome Bar".
Terminal 3 at Margaretville Bar.
Terminal 4 in "Welcome Bar".
In the case of delayed flights, a maximum waiting time of 60 minutes is allowed from the original flight schedule. If your arrival is delayed longer than this time, it will be considered a "no show", which means that you will not be able to access previously booked services.
On the other hand, if you opt for the transfer from the hotel to Cancun Airport , please note that the maximum waiting time in the lobby is 05 minutes. This ensures fast and efficient management for all.
To ensure that your transfer is successful, it is advisable to be aware of the instructions we will be sending you by WhatsApp contact and follow the established procedures.
