When arriving at Cancun International Airport, it is essential to know the meeting points established to facilitate your travel experience.
- Terminal 2 Domestic Arrivals "Welcome Bar".

A maximum waiting time of 60 minutes is allowed from the landing of the aircraft in the original flight schedule. In case we do not have contact (due to lack of communication by passengers, after the regulatory waiting time , we will proceed to the "NO SHOW" which means that you will not be able to access the services previously reserved.
For delayed flights, we have a maximum tolerance time of 60 minutes from the original flight schedule. If your arrival is delayed for more than 60 minutes, it will be considered a "no show", meaning you will not be able to access the services previously reserved. The cancellation of the flight by the Airline will also be automatically considered as No show.

On the other hand, if you opt for the transfer from the hotel to Cancun Airport , please note that the maximum waiting time in the lobby is 05 minutes. This ensures fast and efficient management for all.
To ensure that your transfer is successful, it is advisable to be aware of the instructions we will be sending you by our whathsapp contact and follow the established procedures.

Remember that good planning and knowledge of waiting times can significantly improve your experience, allowing you to enjoy your vacation in the paradise destination of Cancun and La Riviera Maya without any setbacks.
It is important that you note:
1. - In case not when arriving at Cancun Airport and your phone has no network connection or no wifi, we recommend connecting to the airport wifi network so that we can have communication with you.
2. - You must have WhatsApp downloaded to your phone, it is the only means by which we will have communication with you.

It is important to remember that our private transfer service is reserved exclusively for the group that has made the reservation. Therefore, any service modification requests, such as additional stops or unexpected changes to the itinerary, must be communicated in advance to assess their feasibility. The private transfer service may not be used in a manner other than that originally agreed.
We also inform you that in case of any delay of your flight exceeding 60 minutes, unfortunately the scheduled transfer service will be CANCELLED or considered as NO SHOW, without possibility of requesting refund. We understand that this can be frustrating, but it is necessary to maintain the efficiency of our schedules and services with all our passengers.

Pickup from the hotel to the Airport : Maximum waiting time for the van in the lobby is 05 minutes, then this time is automatically considered NO SHOW (We recommend being 05 minutes before the scheduled time for your pickup)

First Arrival at the AIRPORT - HOTEL :
Once you have collected your luggage you must go to the departure gate or platform area of the terminal.
- You will be able to identify our Welcome staff or driver because it displays a sign with our logo or the name of the traveler.
- To validate your transfer, our staff will request your digital booking confirmation or identification. If for any reason you have any inconvenience in locating our Welcome staff or your designated driver, please locate yourself at any of the following meeting points located at the airport arrival terminals that correspond to your flight.
- Terminal 2 Domestic Arrivals "Welcome Bar".
- Terminal 2 International Arrivals "Welcome Bar".
Terminal 3 at Margaretville Bar.
Terminal 4 in "Welcome Bar".
