Located approximately 70 kilometers northeast of Beijing, it stretches over 2 kilometers and is celebrated for its unique construction and strategic importance. Unlike the more crowded sections, Mutianyu offers a tranquil atmosphere, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the grandeur of ancient architecture amidst lush, chestnut tree-covered mountains. Its watchtowers, spaced at regular intervals, provide panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, making it a must-visit for those seeking to experience the majesty of China's historical legacy.
