What to expect
Arrival Service
Start your experience seamlessly with our VIP fast-track immigration service at Shanghai Pudong International Airport or Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport. Upon disembarking, your personal assistant will warmly welcome you at the jet bridge and guide you through the entire arrival process. You will enjoy priority access through immigration and customs, bypassing long queues for a fast and efficient clearance. Our team will also assist with arrival formalities and accompany you to the arrivals hall for a smooth exit.
Departure Service
For international departures, please contact us at least 15 minutes before arriving at the airport and kindly provide your vehicle license plate number. Our staff will be waiting at Gate 12 to assist you with check-in, baggage drop, security screening, and customs procedures. You will then be escorted to the VIP lounge. When boarding begins, our team will guide you directly to the boarding gate to ensure a stress-free departure experience.
Note: Arrival and departure are two separate services and are not included in a single booking.
